Refund policy

We offer a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you. We’ll also send any necessary return instructions when your request is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be refunded for the item(s) returned. Please note that original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable. While we cover the cost of return shipping, the shipping fee associated with the original order will not be refunded.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at help@shopteeparadise.com.

Exchanges

While we do not process traditional exchanges, we make it easy to get the size or variant you want.

If you would like a different size, color, or design, simply request a return within our 10-day return window. We’ll provide a pre-paid return shipping label and refund you for the returned item(s) once received and inspected.

After submitting your return request, you can place a new order for the size or variant you would like instead. This process helps ensure you receive exactly what you want as quickly as possible.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
