Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of our control. Tee Paradise is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue with your shipment, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. However, our support team is always happy to assist when possible.
